How to learn French vocabulary real quick?

Have you ever found yourself struggling to understand vocabulary words in French? Then worry no more because I'll share one tip to say french words à la française.

French is probably the most difficult language to learn but still a lot of people desire to be fluent in the most romantic language in the world, French. Even French people sometimes find it confusing and have a difficulty on explaining the whys and the hows of the French language.

I've registered to an online language exchange app (Hellotalk) that enables you to connect to people whose native language is the language that you're learning. I've met a french guy who teaches me french vocabulary using one special feature of that app, which is the "doodle". So he draws illustrations and teaches me how to say it in French. I believe that this method is effective because I can associate the words to the pictures and It's easier for me to remember it rather than by just reading it. The picture stimulates my brain to easily recognize the words when I encounter it again.

Below are some of his doodles with the corresponding vocabulary words in French.

the beach = la plage

the trees = les arbres

the sea = la mer

the birds = les oiseaux

the sunset = le coucher du soleil

Coffee = le café
